How the portal works and what each report column means
All figures in the reports are retrieved directly from YouTube through the official YouTube APIs (the YouTube Reporting API and the YouTube Data API). The portal does not estimate, adjust, or add to these numbers â it packages exactly what YouTube provides into a daily Excel file.
Because of this, the metrics and columns available in the report are the maximum that the YouTube API exposes for a content owner. If a particular metric is not shown, it is because YouTube does not make it available through the API at the video/day level â not a limitation of the portal.
Figures are finalized by YouTube after a 2â3 day settlement period, which is why the most recent days cannot be selected.
Open Daily Report, pick a day in the calendar, and click Generate & download. The portal builds an Excel file (.xlsx) for that day and downloads it to your device.
The file contains one sheet per channel (beIN SPORTS TĂŒrkiye and beIN SPORTS ArĆiv), with one row per video that had activity that day, sorted by estimated revenue.
Only days that are at least 3 days old can be selected. YouTube needs about 2â3 days to finalize each day's views and revenue, so more recent days are greyed out. Days with no data are also greyed out.
Reports are generated on demand and are not stored on our servers. A record that a report was generated is kept in the activity log.
You can sign in with a Google account (for videomite.com users) or with an email sign-in link. For the email link, enter your address on the sign-in screen; if your address is authorized, a one-time link is emailed to you. The link expires after 15 minutes and works once.
The Audit Log shows portal activity (sign-ins and report generations). You can filter by user and by event. Administrators can download the full log as a CSV file.
